If you are unhappy with an item that you purchased you can simply return it within 30 days of the purchase for a refund (less the shipping/handling fees).

Just make sure all of the items are returned in the condition that you received them in. Any t-shirt that has been worn or laundered may not be returned. If you are unsure if your product is returnable please feel free to contact us via email or call us. Items will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • Item was refused upon delivery.
  • An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
  • Shirt has been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way.

Defective Items:

If there is a problem with your product, please contact our customer service representatives immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.

Processing:

Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item back. If you feel as though your return is not being processed within a reasonable amount of time go ahead and give us a call.
